So this is my first post…what in the heck do you say in a first post…… My head is just filled with stuff I want to share with my readers…I guess WHY is as good a place to start as any.

Why Another Internet Marketing Blog?

I have been online since 2004. I have purchased almost every product available…yup I am really serious here and I am going to tell you something I am not very proud of…I have spent at least $16,000.00 (hope my husband doesn’t read this post) on my Internet Marketing education. I’ve had successes and I’ve had total bombs too…but from each experience I have learned a wealth of knowledge…and I am ready to share.

I am in tons of niches I have 3 separate hosting accounts and own 30 or so domains. These domains are not in the Internet marketing niche.

Then something really strange happened to me. I am a member of a small private membership site called Wealthy Affiliate and I started giving back. I started teaching. I began training folks with videos. The rest is history. Here are just a few of the hundreds of testimonials I have received from my students.

I just found your videos, had no idea they existed. I am going to be watching them later today (have to start my “day job” now). I have encountered so many stumbling blocks so far that absolutely baffle me and cause me to have to spend HOURS searching for the answer, and it is usually something very very simple (and I know that, which makes it more aggravating!). Even something so simple as the nameservers was problematic for me as I was so new to anything to do with putting up websites. My head is full of all kinds of ideas, and I’ve found several niches to explore, been writing articles, putting up Squidoos, etc., and these silly little technical problems drive me batty when they hold me up for hours or days trying to figure them out.

Anyway, my point is, videos that explain these little things are gold to me, and so I thank you for doing this. And I hope to see more. Very Happy

My very first post here on WA and I wanted it to be a thank you! I’ve just gone through some of your videos and have been amazed to discover the secrets of what, until now, has been a bit of a ‘dark art’ to me.

I just wanted to give you a big thank you for your videos and your posts on the WA forum. You deliver what a lot of other people only hint at and then leave people hanging.Being a newbie at this, it is so frustrating to read some of the posts or tutorials that leave out valuable information that we newbies have to spend a lot of time going in circles trying to figure out.I especially like your videos. They are very well laid out in a step-by-step fashion which is easy to follow. I only wish I had had them before now. Most of us aren’t doing IM full time and don’t have a bunch of time to spin our wheels.

Keep up the good work! Thanks for making things better for all of us.

So, my goal is to be as helpful to you…here we go…I’m excited….

But first….The Pittsburgh Penguins are in the Stanley Cup finals this weekend…it is game 4…we are playing the Detroit Red Wings…they are a little ahead in the series…2 to 1…it is the best out of 7 and we have tickets tonight…my husband is pacing at the front door…Deb…ARE YOU READY? he says….so I picked a bad time to make my first post…see you tomorrow
